2005 in Retrospect

December 31, 2005 General Comments

2005 is one big insane party year for me. The number of clubbing trips actually went down but I think I certainly partied better and if you get to hang out with the best dancers like some kid in the candy store, it’ll just make all other prior parties seemed déclassé.

My transition from an average clubber to a mainstream club dancer has been most satisfying. I would never imagine myself doing dance shows in places like new asia bar/gotham penthouse/dblo/chijmes one year ago and actually getting paid from podium hogging. Haha makes me laugh thinking about how me and Aileen used to hog podiums like it was the most precious thing in the world.

Ended my full time job quite terribly but it was a good learning experience nevertheles, lots to add into my resume. And it’s wonderful to have known so many lovable collegues who took care of me while I’m there, people like Baoru, Qiuju, Jac, Dennis, Limei, Zolyn, Tricia, Yongfong, Lily and so on…we certainly had lotsa fun working together!

The Standard Yardstick

Relationships: let’s just say that after 2005, I’m quite clear about the type of guy I’m looking for.

Friends: Made heckloads of new friends but will there be long lasting friendships? I certainly hope so…

Health: Started jogging. I’m also eating a lot less meat and adding more fruits and vegetables into my diet. In the first half of 2005, my fruit intake is practically zero but discovering my love for papayas changed all that. The downside is, I’m slowly turning into an oompa loompa.

Wealth: Now I actually do have wealth to speak of. Whahaha!

Endnotes
Anyway, 2005 is mostly wonderful. Shitty stuff happened once in a while but I can always count on friends and family to tide me over. You may say “That’s what friends are for” but do you seriously feel that they are obligated to care a shit about you just because they are your friends? No, I’ve seen people coming together for the sake of companionship and they do not care about anyone other than themselves.

I’m thankful to have found more new passions that kept me so alive. 2005 wasn’t perfect but it was very well-lived. Looking forward to 2006 and whatever it brings. :)

Happy New Year Y’all!

New Chair calls for New Layout

December 30, 2005 Blurbs Comments

I have a Panton Chair in my room! Bought it today and I’m totally in love with it.

Panton was the first in the world to create a form-moulded chair in plastics without any joints. His plastic Panton chair, a one-piece cantilevered design made in candy-apple colors, has been in production continuously since 1967, and its sinuous shape became synonymous with 1960′s pop culture.
It is not only the most important and the most famous of Verner Panton’s works, but without doubt one of the most significant chair designs of the 20th century.

Sitting on it makes me wanna turn my room into a Studio 54. Hey, I miss making bright colourful layouts that annoys the crap outta people. Now that I have so much time on hand, hmm yea… why not?

aileen

Anyway, made this using materials used in this layout. It is supposed to be a friendster plaque for Aileen, made up of quotes taken from her friendster testimonials. Sheesh, I’m so sweet I feel like slapping myself. I’m like those girls in secondary school who enjoy making pretty but useless friendship bands for their friends. Ew gross. But it shows how much I adore you baby! To a level where I’m causing public disgrace and humiliation to myself.

That, and I’m very free.

Family Day

December 29, 2005 People Comments

Hit the town earlier with Dad and Pamela, the rest of the family is in Korea, yea but we showed em we can have fun in Singapore too. Dinner was wonderful, I had Coffee Bean Caesar Salad, Sis had Mushroom and Chicken Linguine, Dad had Pita with Chef’s Tuna, we washed them down with Caramel Latte, Ice blended Vanilla with a shot of Expresso and Today’s brew respectively, followed by Amos cookies and Expresso Biscotti for dessert. Yumz.

Right… anyway at one point, I was hiaoing in front of a public mirror and I caught sight of Germaine‘s reflection. The first thing that came into mind was “ooh Chiobu”, didn’t register who that girl really is until I saw Chufang. Hahaha. And Fang, your hair is actually quite cute.

Oh and I saw Steven Lim! My sister saw him first and was like, “Don’t look at him in the eye” I’m like “Who?” Then I saw him! He was looking at me and went “Hey, don’t you remember me?” I started to Umchio remembering his video clip and quickly walk away pretending not to have heard him. Then my sister started her confrontations “Did you look at him in the eye!?, Did you? Did you look into his eyes!?” Hahaha. Silly girl.

So anyway, after all the food and shopping, we got home at nine plus and I went jogging with my Dad!

Time: 34 Mins
Average Heart Rate: 177
Calories burnt: 285 kcal

So pathetic! Didn’t even manage to burn off my Caramel Latte. Besides, the last time I ran was eons ago, I can imagine all the chocolates I ate this week still inside my body, having a wild time. Puipuipui. But the run was great! I’m still high from endorphins.

I’ll leave you with this msn convo with Billy which I thought was rather amusing, he was talking about my new layout.

DicKy SeAh says:
i tot it was an angel on the background, just picturing a light colour angel (not cute cartoon type) on the back with feathered wings spread opened and her small feathers floating down as though she just open her wings
poshie says:
whoa
poshie says:
are you mad? i can’t see anything

Narnia and Da Vinci Code

December 28, 2005 General Comments

Narnia is a disappointment, feels like a kiddo version of Lord of the Rings to me, only I didn’t buy the story at all. And I find all characters annoying except maybe Tumnus, the Faun and the white witch. The old BBC movie adaptation of the book is actually much better.

The good thing is, I saw the trailer for Da Vinvi Code! I thought Tom Hanks couldn’t fit the role of Robert Langdon but with the wig and haggard look, I almost couldn’t recognise him. And I love Audrey Tautou! I think she’ll make a very lovable Sophie!

Da Vinci Code is made for the movies, it has massive amount of visual discriptives that screamed for a more perceptible representation. I think the Ron Howard did a great job transforming John Nash’s story into a movie. I sure he can do the same for Da Vinci. Plus, I love the cast! So yay I think it will rock!

Gigs
I’m not sure if I’m partying over the New Year, I really had enough of parties. Turned down a few gigs already, one was from 9pm to 5am at Sentosa’s foam party countdown. Bleagh. It’s gonna be so sweaty, sticky and eeky… and they are only paying $250 for 8 hours! On top of that, the girls need to go through casting. That’s crazy! Some companies expect so much outta so little pay. And hey, it’s a public holiday you stinko cheapo!

Layout
Flash navigation was done using actionscript. I know it looks very unrefined and the animation is rather lame but let the newbie show off what little she knows. Credits to squidfingers for classy background and deviantart for amazing brushes. The rest of the layout was done in photoshop and handcoded into wordpress. I’m quite satisfied with it, it looks whimsical yet techy, totally what I was aiming for.

I really prefer designing for myself where I don’t have to comply to god-just-KILL-me-already ideas and opinions. Not that I have great designing skills to speak of, but at least I can tell the difference between what is decent and what is plain fucking ugly.

Food
Have been over indulging because holiday goodies keeps popping out at me at every turn. My family came back from New Zealand and guess what they brought home? What does NZ have anyway besides Legolas? I have no idea because all they lugged back is a huge roller baggage of Chocolates. Kiwi chocolates, macadamia chocolates, blueberry chocolates, mashmallows chocolates, Wonka Bars, Hokey Pokeys, instant hot chocolate mix, portable chocolate fondues, chocolate bars with all the nuts you can think of, white chocolate bars, premium chocolate collections… It is craaaaazy. I think the sister took pictures of them, ask her to show you.

And these weird people in my house, they love filling the fridge with food and, to my horror and bewilderment, completely ignores them until somebody finishes them. And by somebody, I mean me. ALWAYS me.

This time, I got worried because the chocs are far to much for me to handle. I pointed that out to my mum and she plainly replied that I don’t have to eat them if I don’t want to.

23 years under the same roof but it’s clear that this Auntie here, she doesn’t know me at all.

Favourite Comedy
Moochs pointed out that I didn’t state a favourite commedy in my list of favourite films. I’ve watched lots of popular comedies like the hot chick, white chicks, meet the parents, even cult comedy Harold and Kumar goes to White Castle… but in the end, I still prefer regular TV sitcoms and stand up acts over movies. But I think I finally found one I love! Napolean Dynamite!

Merry Christmas, New Layout!

December 25, 2005 Joy Comments

The three days leading to xmas was madness. 2 Christmas dinners, 1 christmas lunch and 3 christmas parties later, I’m feeling at least 5 years older.

I didn’t sleep for 48 hours. The last few hours was torturous, not that I was fully aware of what was happening. I remember being dragged to sing bloody karaoke, I think I sang a few songs, ate many peanuts and we did some gift exchange thingy. At 4 am, when I thought this whole xmas partying is finally over, I was dragged to the 24 hour coffee shop near my place for some food and natter. By then, my brain officially stopped functioning properly.

Leon: [insert random fart joke]
Jas and friend: Hahahaha!
*5 seconds silence*
Me: Hehehe!
*all heads turned to me*

Well but everything was fun. Christmas food, good music, snow spray wars, streamers, poppers, dolling up, swimming! Hahaha. My favourite alcoholic drink has always been straight tequila shots but I tried this really yummy drink in one christmas party. I don’t remember the name but I know it has Tequila Rose and Milk. And it is pink in colour! Yummy!

pics from my phone

Anyway, hope your Christmas is a Merry one!

Current Theme Song

Canned Heat: Uploaded in Radio Blog. I love this song! It’s in the soundtrack of Center Stage!

You know this boogie is for real.
I used to buy my faith in worship,
But then my chance to get to heaven slipped.
I used to worry about the future
But then I throw my caution into the wind.
I had no reason to be care free
No no no, until I took a trip to the other side of town
Yeah yeah yeah, you know I heard that boogie rhythm
Hey- I had no choice but to get down down down down.

Dance, nothing left for me to do but dance,
Off these bad times I’m going through just dance
Got canned heat in my heals tonight baby

I feel the thunder see the lightning
I know this anger’s heaven sent.
So I’ve got to hang out all my hang-ups
Because of the boogie I feel so hell bent
It’s just an instant gut reaction, that I got
I know I never ever felt like this before,
I don’t know what to do
But then thats nothing new,
Stuck between hell and high water
Need a cure to make it through.

Hey- dancing nothing left for me to do but dance
Off these bad times I’m going through just dance,
Hey got canned heat in my heals tonight baby
You know know know I’m gonna dance yeah
All the nasty things that people say.

Dance yeah, but I’m gonna make it anyway,
Dance, yeah, got canned heat in my heels
Tonight baby, you know I got canned heat in my heels.

You know this boogie is for real.
Only the wind can hold the answers,
And she cries to me when I’m asleep.
She says you know that you can go much faster,
I know that peoples talk can be so cheap, heyhey,
I’ve got this voodoo child inveined on me,
I’m gonna use my power to assend.
You know I’ve got these boogie heels to use,
Sunshine there’s no way to lose.
I was born to walk and built to last.
You’ve never seen my feet cos they’re movin to fast.

Dance yeh, nothing left for me to do but dance,
All these bad times I’m going thru just dance,
Hey got canned heat in my heels tonight baby.
Hey I’ve got to dance yeh, all the nasty things that people say.
Dance yeh but I’m gonna make it anyway.
Dance yeh, got canned heat in my heels tonight baby.

You now this boogie is for real,
Got so much canned heat in my heels yeh,
Gonna dance, gonna dance my blues away tonight
You know I’m gonna dance my blue away.
You know this boogie is for real
Got so much canned heat in my heals yeh,
Gonna dance, gonna dance my blues away tonight.
Dance, come on, got canned heat in my heels tonight(uh huhuhuh yeh),
Canned heat in my heels tonight (uh huhuhuh right),
Canned heat in my heels tonight (uh huhuhuh yeh).
Hey got so much (ahhhhhhhhhh).

Dance. hey dj let the music play (let the music play yeh)
I wanna live this party life, (I wanna live this party life).
Hey dj blow my cares away (let the music play yeh)
I wanna live this party life (I wanna live this party life)
Hey dj let the music play I wanna live this party life,
Hey dj blow my cares away I wanna live this party life.
(party life. I want it, I want it to go on).
Dance, you know that this boogie is for real.
Dance, got so much canned heat in my heels.
Dance, gonna dance gonna dance my blues away tonight.
Whoo, you know, you know this boogie is for real.
Got so much canned heat, canned heat in my
Heels. u know, u know I’m gonna dance my blues away tonight (fades)

Job Shift

December 21, 2005 Music/Dance Comments

I’m gonna be a full time professional dancer. How cool does that sound? Darn cool.

First show later! Whee… hey this is fun. Now I have the perfect excuse to buy glittery clubbing gear.

Anyway, Durai the dumbfuck swindler and his minions should cough up all those money and then proceed to burn in hell for eternity.

No, that’s too easy. They should be made to do free public services for the rest of their lives instead. And by public services, I mean scrapping dried boogers off the underside of coffeeshop tables and feeding on them for survival.

PS: Received a xmas card from Rinababy. Thanks dear! You’re so wonderful!

Recently, I have to code obsence amount of word documents into html and I find the following html generators god-sent. Elaborate programmes are capable of producing will generate huge uneccessary html mess from the most simple line of text.

In fact, all they need a full stop. ONE FULL STOP. What is so bloody complicated about a full stop? Yet, our wonderful microsoft word manage to come up with all these codes of rubbish.

*GRUNTS*
How brilliant.

Thank god for smarter people.
-Wordcleaner will take in your microsoft cruft and shoot back clean html. Dean Allen is also the creator for Textpattern. If I’m not using WordPress, I’d be using textpattern because textpattern kicks major ass too.
- Tablemaker lets you input raw infomation and code them into html table.

Ahh! Help! Geeks are so sexy!

Weekend Updates

December 19, 2005 General Comments

Sunday Binge
Ceasar Salad (but of cuz), 6 madelines, 2 slices of papaya, 1 kiwi, Sakae Sushi dinner, 1 Muffin, Creme Brulee, Expresso with 2 scoops of vanilla ice-cream, one bag of cadbury milk chocolate with roasted almonds. All within 6 hours.

Anyway, my salad obsession has reached a point where I can tell you which coffee bean branch serves the best ceasar salad. That’s the same level as my creamy chicken fusili obsesssion (Bugis has the best one). Give me another week and I’d be able to tell you which staff prepares the best salad, or whether it is better to put the croutons after the parmesan cheese.

Gigs
Did a gig at one lousy club which shan’t be identified lest I get sued. They don’t treat their dancers well! We are usually treated like princesses in other clubs but they act like they own us. And someone should send the manager to rehab for his attitude problem cuz he’s a danger to society. Plus, it has a boring crowd that thinks they are very happening. Pathetic! With the opening of MOS, I hope they close down. Muahahaha.

Anyway, I saw this hot girl in MOS with dance skills that oozes with style and a natural talent at working the crowd. She used to be a full time dancer but is currently flying so she can’t dance anymore. I asked if she’s interested in doing freelance dancing and she was practically glowing with excitement. I’m quite surprised because I thought she looked really snobbish. She even adds that she don’t care about the pay, she just loves dancing. Aw, I was so pleased I could have hugged her right there but I managed a yea, that’s what I’m talking about. Always nice to meet people who shares your passion. :P

I love dancing but I care about the money too. Missed a New Asia Bar gig. That’s $180 for 2 sets, which means $45 per song. *grumbles*

Marketing
Aileen the self appointed marketing manager for joy.nu sent my link to italk2much.com. I find the comments amusing. Especially this one.

The first one nearly knocked me off my chair when I clicked on it. It’s so bright. Just wasn’t prepared.

Haha!

Anyway, I have people calling me a bimbo many times because of this blog. These are often people who can’t even string proper words together, much less make any sense out of them. And you don’t really feel like arguing with them, cuz they won’t understand anyway, neither are they worthy. These are people I’m not afriad of. Are you afriad of a potato? Exactly.

But when people manage to read beyond the bimboism and see anything smart in my entries. It makes me very nervous.

I’m a fan of MOS!!! Zouk should go and wake up her idea. MOS spent 7 million to start up, Zouk spent 7 million to revamp. Why did one look just as boring as before while the other one ended up looking like it was thoroughly soaked in virtuosic brilliance. One of life’s great mysteries.

The club layout is acutely planned. Main arena is really impressive. The decor, the people, the dj, the whole vibe. Wow. I hung out at Smoove most of the time though, for the music only. There is nothing much to rave about. It think they are aiming for the ghetto basketball court look. Not yet up to par and so cliche.

My favourite theme room is probably Pure. That’s place has the Mike Teevee feel to it. I felt so at home! Plopped myself onto a giant beanbag and that’s it, I can be permanently cemented there, I really don’t mind. The retro looking room with psychedelic dance floor and splashy disco balls is not bad either. And it spins proper retro hits, not the stupid mambo junk that zouk plays. *cringe*

retro

Saw many familiar faces, a real version of friendster connections. Haha. Saw some local celebs too. Rebecca Tan is gorgeous! Xiaxue made me green with her pink razr. There was a bunch of looque models too.

Came home at5, immensely pooped. Gosh, it felt good! I’m still quite stoned now, I don’t feel like going out later… :’(

On wednesday, this guy asked if I’m free for dinner on Friday (which is later), the number wasn’t recorded so I asked who he is and he explained explicitly. We kinda set something.

This morning, I messaged him to confirm if it’s still on he said some weird things and claimed he don’t know who the hell I am!

And I was like WTF!? Nutcase!!!

So I got another date set up instead but was still quite perplexed about the whole thing.

At 5.30 pm, 2 hours before we are supposed to meet, I suddenly realised what really happened. And I checked my messages again to make sure.

I recorded a wrong number the day we met, that was why it didn’t register when he messaged me on Wednesday. I was unaware of that and saved his correct number under the same name and my stupid Nokia allows this duplication. So when I tried to confirmed with him today, I messaged the entry with the wrong number instead of the new one.

*faints*

I had to cancel out on him now. Ahahaha so silly.

PS: Gmail introduced group contacts and mobile email features. Gmail is freakin unbelieveable, unbelievable how its appearances and subsequent developments have rendered other web-based email clients completely useless. Gmail puts the G in God, email God.

Salads

Eating Caesar Salad doesn’t mean I’m on a diet. It may contain as much calories as your regular cheeseburger. Scary fact, McDonald’s Crispy Bacon Ranch Salad has more fat and calories and just as much cholesterol as a Big Mac. Yea so quit being stupid.

And neither am I a cow. Cows eat grass, not romaine lettuce tossed with caesar dressing, garlic croutons and parmesan cheese. I do get the joke, but you know what’s funnier? An actual bull charging at the next person attempting to crack the priscilla-is-a-cow joke and whack him up to heavens high.

By the way, romaine lettuce is probably the best lettuce for caesar salads, it makes the other lettuces taste like rotton cabbage. Try Olive Tree, Swiss Culture and my favourite, Coffee Bean for good Caesar Salad. I’ve been eating bean’s salad religiously everyday. Imagine. One cheeseburger per day. Nice.

Gigs

More gigs for Xmas! Kinda amusing how I stumbled right smack into the events industry when I didn’t plan or even wanted to. There were times I promised myself that the next assignment would be my last one and that I’ll spend my time doing something else but I keep bumping into more talent scouts at each event, enticing me with better paying assignments. Ah, the lure of money is hard to beat. When I get pissed off at work, I’ll entertain thoughts of doing events full time, making lots more money that way. But that’s just stupid, I shouldn’t lose my focus on where I really wanna be because of some short term monetary benefits. Right? If only I’m that lucky at work, if only the contacts flew to me that easily. *sighs*

Club Dance

You’d think a street jazz dancer who has been performing since primary school and have took part in various questionable productions and competitions would know something as simple as club dancing. Wrong! I know I shouldn’t have took the risk when she asked about dance practices. Screwed me up big time but I feel bad for her too.

Boys

rere says:
but i got really irritated by his over-zealous efforts to ask me out
rere says:
maybe something’s wrong with me.
rere says:
can’t stand guys who are too eager nowadays.
・*.:。 ✿ 。:.*・ says:
ME TOO!!!
・*.:。 ✿ 。:.*・ says:
HAHAHAHA
rere says:
er… why don’t we just move in with each other and live happily ever after?

But to be fair, if I haven’t heard from them for like a few days, I’ll wonder where the hell they disappeared to. Such is the fickle nature of women. Adorable aren’t we? Haha.

I’m the current top user in myfilmz. I thought I was only a geek, now I realise I’m a film buff too! Here’s the list of movies I’ve watched, it is faaaar from being complete. I’m thinking, did I have that much time to watch that many movies? Do you know what this means, this means I have no life.

It also means that when I say a movie is good, you ought to believe me, cuz I’m a no life movie freak yo. Here are my favourite movies!

Best teen flick: Center Stage. Ballet is my favourite form of dance, even above street dance. Ballet is so aristocratic, graceful, magical…there are no other dance like it (Street dance is actually classified under social dance so I don’t think it’s fair to compare). In addition, I can somehow relate to the protagonist. :P

Best Horror: Shutter. I watch loads of horror films but I don’t really see the point now cuz I’m rarely frightened. Shutter is a bit creepy though. When it comes to horror films, the asians really does them better.

Best Musical: Moulin Rouge. So dreamlike. Beautiful set, gorgeous Nicole Kidman.

Best Romance: Pretty Woman. Awwww.. shweet!

Best Animation: Spirited Away. Disney may have Pixar’s technology but when it comes to animations, the Japanese does them best!

Best Fantasy: Lord of the Rings. A wonderful fantasy epic. The details and dedication that went into the book is staggering and Peter Jackson did a great adaptation. Justice done!

My ultimate favourite movie: Shawshank Redemption. It didn’t do well in the box office but did amazing in video rentals. That means the marketing sucks but movie is damn good. I really really love this film!

Other notable movies: Closer, Amelie, Cinema Paradiso, Legally Blonde! Hahaha.

- I met a few caucasians who are Santa worthy. The difficult part is actually asking if they are interested. I haven’t thought about how potentially insulting it’ll sound until I was seconds away from asking one. In the following split second, I also saw images of myself getting punched in the face, so in the end, the words never got through. Heng ah, so this is why my agent didn’t source for people himself, he wants to get me beaten up instead. Employee welfare is apparently an unknown term for him.

- I think I’ve reached the age where I find all children annoying. Especially the overambitious ones who are only up to my knees at full height. But their short limbs, oversized diapers and ineptness at intelligible speech doesn’t stop them from tottering ALL OVER the place, screeching like crazy banshees. Some mental people would call them cute, I find them very very kickable.

- Web 2.0. An exciting time for Internet Technologies. Aileen is working in a company who is right at the frontline but she doesn’t appreciates it. I’m effing jealous! How unfair is this world!!! But on the other hand, the part time IT course that I am eyeing on is taking full time students for the next intake! This means I don’t have to work and study simultaneously, which means a higher survival rate. It means I may not die. Isn’t that great news? Plus, I can be schoolmates with Paul shifu and my twin bro! Yippee!

- I had Coffee Bean’s Caesar Salad for lunch today. Yum. My colleague had Chicago Cheesecake and I nicked a few bites. Yum! Oh, and I applied for the Coffee Bead card, it’s great for people who frequent there. You can read more about the card here. Hee. I frequent coffee bean when I’m in JC, coffee club when I’m in nus and starbucks when I’m working. Now back to where I started from. My mum is a Dome fan. Ack. My Dad likes Ya Kun! Hahaha!

- I have my own paparazzi! Huixian! She’s so interested in my love life, she asks everything about who I’m seeing and now she even demands to see them. Like…where is he? Why is he not here? I want to see him. Take me to him! Now now now! It’s scary.

Convo with my Mum. Only two of us at home now.

Me: Why cannot keep!?
Mum: No no no, I don’t like this kind of of thing.
Me: All mothers said they hate dogs too but in the end the dogs always become their favourite k. My friend said his mum treats his dog better than she treats him.
Mum: No no, I just don’t like. So dirty…hair flying everywhere.
Me: At first they also said the same thing what, but dogs are so cute. They can tell if you’re sad and they’ll snuggle you.
Mum: That’s why, why get so attached and be upset when they eventually die? I very emotional one, I cannot take it.
Me: (thinking…”Wah, she is good. Sly and cunning Mum.”) Huh? Cuz they can die you don’t keep meh? We can also die then why you still gave birth.
Mum: Choy!!!! But sometimes I wonder too. If it isn’t better if I didn’t have kids, then I don’t have to worry about them all the time.
Me: ok. you win.

Happy! I just love this time of the year!

Lalalalaaa! Bloody awesome mood!

News:
- Yahoo bought del.icio.us!
- Gmail have RSS feed!
- Internet technologies development seem to be vibrant again. Yay! Exciting!
- Met a professor yesterday at NUS guild house. Someone told me he knows president Nathan and Lee Hsien Long. This professor said he felt like he’s talking to his daughter when he talks to me. Eh I look like Indian meh! But it was great talking to him because he has so many good advices to share about life.
- Met so many directors of various companies too. Hmm but it’s not intimidating at all. Surprise!
- Met this Swedish guy who is absolutely loony. Can’t stop talking, yak and yak and yak, all rubbish coming out of his mouth man. But he was having a roll and he looked so incredibly happy sprouting nonsense you can’t help saying stupid things too.

Him: Which is cuter, swedish guys or norweigian guys? *pointing to friend*
Me: They all look the same to me
Him: Oh you’re wrong, swedish guys are cuter *rauf rauf* hahaha
Me: Hahaha woohoo!
