Birthday Celebrations

Part I: Dinner with the family. My favorite bunch of people in the world. My Dad gave me this, birthday wishes on a crab shell tossed away by a previous customer. Hallmark, you can suck on that.

Part II: Brunch at Hummerston’s with my good friends. Paul (4th) and Aileen (7th) attended almost all my Birthday Parties in my 20s. I fondly remember celebrating Paul’s birthday when he turned 26 in CU and I was thinking. “Eeks so old, lucky I’m not that old.” Well children, time waits for everyone.

Joseph (3rd) is one of the sweetest guy I know, he’s also Bun’s (1st) best friend. I know Joseph very early in the relationship and he help made a good impression for Bun. I believe that when judging a person, you should also judge their friends. Glad he met and married an equally sweet girl.

Brad’s a gem. We hit it off well. At first, food seems to be the common interest. But it’s more than that, we both share an annoying amount of genuine optimism (as opposed to fake optimism)… which is actually a common trait among people I get along really well with. But more on that some other time.
